Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking an Operating Room Technician to prepare the operating room, instruments and supplies, and ensure sterility of equipment and environment to support safe surgeries. You may assist during procedures and monitor the patient.

A valid Ohio RN license is required. This role is part of a flexible workforce arrangement with Riverspan, with Ingenovis Health handling onboarding and payroll while clinicians work with UK King’s Daughters staff for operations and scheduling.

Job description

As an Operating Room Technician, also sometimes called Surgical Technologists, you are an important part of the operating room team. OR Techs prepare the operating room, instruments, supplies, and you must be able to confidently ensure the sterility of the equipment and environment. Other typical OR Tech job duties include assisting during the procedure, monitoring the patient, and carefully monitoring supplies and tools used.
