The University of Kansas Health System in Kansas City is seeking a Surgical Support Services Tech to ensure timely access to supplies and instrumentation for the Perioperative Services team at Olathe Medical Pavilion B. This role supports transfers and collaborates with anesthesia to enable smooth patient care.
You will help stock and organize supplies, perform room decontamination per guidelines, and prepare cases with careful quality control, working under the Surgical Support Services
Position Summary / Career Interest: The Surgical Support Services Technician, under direction of supervisor or other member of the management team is responsible for ensuring that the surgical services team has access to supplies/instrumentation in a timely manner; provide efficient and customer focused service to Perioperative Services team including team members, leadership and medical staff and to patients/visitors; assists in transfers of patients; provides customer-focused service to the department for accurate and efficient surgical services supply support.
