Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Associate to support day-to-day supply chain tasks in a hospital setting, with an evening shift 3pm–11:30pm and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

You will handle stock requests, count and store supplies, review inventory with software, prepare items for cases and carts, assist with cycle counts, and report shortages to the Control Planner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Prior hospital work or mechanical experience preferred.
• Able to prioritize and work with constant interruptions.

Overview

$3,000 sign on bonus.

Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm.

10% shift differential for evening shift.

Assists with the day-to-day responsibilities of the supply chain work in Inventory & Logistics.

Responsibilities

1. Handles material stock requests.
2. Counts and puts away supplies for business unit to guarantee accuracy of reorder points and reorder quantities to support on-hand inventory
3. Uses software to review stat cases and stock requests.
4. Collects items for scheduled cases, emergency case carts, par level ordering, and staging orders. Documents/notifies Control Planner of shortages & discrepancies.
5. Assists team lead in the cycle count.
6. Performs other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Previous hospital work or mechanical experience preferred.
• Able to prioritize and work with constant interruptions required.
• Good communication skills desired.
• Basic computer skills required.
• The ability to be bonded at Hospital expense required.
