Job summary

Children’s Wisconsin is seeking a Supply Chain Technician for Invasive Services to ensure accurate replenishment, labeling, and delivery of surgical supplies to the OR, Cath Lab, and related areas.

You will perform perpetual inventory counts, track backorders, and maintain documentation while supporting a fast-paced clinical environment and collaborating with Sterile Processing and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with MMIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate replenishment and distribution of supplies using the MMIS.
• Organize and maintain supply locations to meet clinical needs and inventory standards.
• Deliver supplies to OR, Cath Lab, and related areas on schedule; monitor usage.
• Rotate products to reduce expirations and maintain documentation for ordered, received, and returned items.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and support lifecycle understanding of supply movement.
