Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Virginia.
• BSN required within 5 years of hire.
• AHA Health Care Provider BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive assessments and recognize meaningful changes in clinical status.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Monitor pre-operative readiness and post-operative recovery.
• Manage needs across multiple surgical specialties, including trauma care.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
