Position Summary

The Surgical Services Physician Assistant (PA) plays a key role in supporting an expanding surgical department at PHGSH. This position provides hands‑on experience across multiple surgical specialties—including General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, and robotic‑assisted procedures—while working alongside a team of experienced surgeons and PAs. The PA will assist in both the Main OR and ASC, contributing to high‑quality patient care, broadening surgical skills, and gaining mentorship from seasoned surgical professionals. This role is ideal for a motivated PA seeking professional growth, exposure to diverse procedures, and the opportunity to help a thriving surgical program meet increasing demand.

Required Skills And Experience

• 3–5 years of surgical experience in at least one specialty (General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, etc.)
• Ability to assist across multiple specialties, including robotic procedure
• Spanish or Korean language skills preferred

Compensation Range

$150K-175K
