St. David’s Georgetown Hospital is seeking a Surgical Services Nursing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Main OR and scheduling.
The role requires planning staffing, coordinating with OR personnel, anesthesiologists and surgeons, and maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate holds an RN license with an Associate Degree, ACLS within 90 days, and 2+ years of specialized nursing experience, with supervisory/scheduling experience preferred.

The Nurse Manager is a working manager, who is responsible for day-to-day operations of the Main OR, and Scheduling. He/she maintains the physical plant and works closely with O.R. personnel, Anesthesiologists and Surgeons.
