Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license.
• Five years of experience as a Surgical Services RN and as a leader at the Manager or Director level.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Advanced degree (MSN, Healthcare Administration, or MBA) strongly preferred.
• Preferred: BLS upon hire; PALS and ACLS within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical staff, ensuring quality patient care standards.
• Drive operational and performance initiatives across the surgical services division.
• Provide strategic and administrative leadership at both clinical and executive levels.
