The role requires an active Michigan RN license, BSN, ACLS and BLS certifications, and 3–5 years of leadership experience. You will ensure 24/7 department responsibility, promote a professional environment, and drive service improvements.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license.
• BSN degree required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (ACLS with a 3-month completion window).
• 3-5 years of experience in a surgical leadership role.
• Must be responsible for the department 24/7.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible with different work schedules.
• Good attendance is important.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operations of the surgery department.
• Lead development and growth of surgical services.
