Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO is seeking a Surgical Services Assistant to support the perioperative team under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role involves a variety of technical and supportive duties to aid the surgical team during the patient’s perioperative phase of care.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent; hospital experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong time management, and the ability to multitask are essential.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
