Job summary

OrthoAtlanta is seeking an orthopedic scrub tech to join our surgical team in a fast-paced ASC environment.

The ideal candidate holds CST certification and has 1+ year of orthopedic scrub experience, preferably in ASC or OR. You will maintain sterile technique, handle implants/instruments, and support surgeon needs while prioritizing patient safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist with orthopedic scrub experience.
• Minimum 1 year in orthopedic scrub in ASC or OR setting.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team as an orthopedic scrub tech in procedures.
• Maintain strict sterile technique and handle instruments and implants.
• Anticipate surgeons' needs and adapt quickly during procedures.
• Support patient safety, efficiency and quality of care.
• Collaborate effectively with the OR team.

What You’ll Need

• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
• Minimum 1 year of orthopedic scrub experience, preferably in an ASC or OR setting
• Strong knowledge of orthopedic instrumentation, implants, and sterile technique
• Current BLS certification
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt in a high-volume, fast-paced surgical environment
