Job summary

Adventist Health Selma is seeking an RN to deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient group, following established standards and the nursing process. The role includes supervising nursing staff and coordinating with other disciplines to ensure high-quality care.

Prefer BSN and acute care facility experience, with required RN licensure in the state and CPR/BLS. ACLS and PALS certifications are also required by AH policy.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• CPR or BLS certification is required per AH policy.
• ACLS or ARC-ALS required.
• PALS or ARC-PALS required.
• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Collects data, analyzes health information, and develops a plan to attain outcomes.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and healthcare providers to deliver safe, compassionate care.
• Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegates and coordinates duties of the healthcare team.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
