Job summary

Atrium Health Cabarrus is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the OR team in Concord, NC. You’ll provide and coordinate patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in a fast-paced surgical setting with DaVinci robotics exposure.

Flexible 12-hour shifts and call rotations support work-life balance, with growth through mentorship and continuing education opportunities to expand perioperative skills.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred for this position

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum using evidence-based practice and strong communication
