Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• 6+ months of acute care experience.
• Active CA RN license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provides direct patient care, evaluates outcomes, consults with other practitioners as required and adjusts nursing care processes as indicated to ensure optimal patient care.
• Implements patient histories, assesses patients' conditions, and develops individualized care plans for assigned patients.
• Documents on care plans as patient care evolves, including resolutions of problems.
• Assesses patient educational needs and barriers to learning to implement patient education and document teaching.
• Administers and documents narcotics and medications accurately and timely per hospital policy.
• Maintains accurate documentation of patient's progress, nursing care, and reports.
