Responsibilities

• Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.
• Planning, implementing, evaluating and educating the patient.
• Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to assigned unit.
• Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures.
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for own decisions and cooperates with facility leadership.
• Participates in orientation of new staff and mentors students in a constructive and positive manner.
