- No experience required for full-time or part-time positions.
- Diploma or Associate Nursing is required.
- Registered Nurse (KY) licensure required.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care.
- Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff.
- Apply the Kristin M. Swanson Model of Care in planning and delivering care.
- Assess, develop, implement and evaluate the plan of care.
