Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital in Baltimore is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Surgical Services team. You will scrub and circulate, assist with hemostasis and positioning, and help prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments.

Requirements include Maryland RN licensure, ACLS within 6 months, BLS within 30 days, and an accredited nursing diploma or current licensure. Hospital OR experience is preferred. Sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN licensure from the Maryland Board of Nursing is required prior to hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program or required professional licensure at hire.

Responsabilités

• Scrub functions: select and handle instrumentation and supplies sterilely.
• Circulator functions: monitor, document, and communicate in real time.
• Assist surgeons with hemostasis, suturing, wound exposure, and patient positioning.
• Oversee preparation and sterilization of rooms, instruments, and high-tech equipment.
