Job summary

Capital Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Specialist responsible for pre-bill revenue protection for surgical encounters at our Princeton, NJ location. You'll reconcile clinical and financial records, review operative reports, and collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate charge capture. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Preferred candidates have an associate degree and proficiency in Excel. Qualifications

• 3 years' hospital revenue cycle experience required.
• Ability to interpret physician operative reports.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, modifiers, and revenue codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-bill surgical revenue integrity review.
• Reconcile implant/device/supply usage.
• Support trailer billing workflows.

Skills
