Atlantic Vision Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care across preop, OR, and post-op areas. You will follow the nursing process, document outcomes, and communicate with the care team to ensure safe, efficient care.

The role requires an active RN license in Tennessee, BCLS; ACLS preferred. Flexibility with hours and commitment to patient education are essential. Competitive benefits are included for full-time staff.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
• Current BCLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred or basic EKG/Arrhythmia knowledge.
• HIPAA confidentiality training understood.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient status from admission through post-op and ongoing.
• Provide safe, therapeutic care using the nursing process.
• Communicate patient conditions to surgeons, anesthesia, and staff.
• Document interventions and patient responses.
• Maintain organized, timely patient care in the surgical setting.
• Demonstrate safety, asepsis, and universal precautions.
• Participate in patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Assist in orientation and staff development as requested.
