Metropolitan Veterinary Associates, Inc. is seeking a Veterinary Technician - Recovery for Hickory Veterinary and Specialty Hospital in Plymouth Meeting, PA. This is a full-time role with a $2,000 retention bonus and a starting wage of $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced specialty, emergency, or surgical setting.
• Strong clinical skills, including IV catheter placement, venipuncture, and understanding of pharmacology/anesthesia protocols
• Confidence in anesthesia monitoring and patient assessment
• A commitment to collaboration

Responsibilities

• This nurse will help recover post surgery patients for all departments.
• May also help inpatient teams with recovered surgical patients.
• May help anesthesia team induce for surgery, set up OR's, Clean and sterile process instruments
