Job summary

The Perio Central practice in Spokane, WA, proudly backed by Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a cheerful Registered Dental Surgical Assistant (RDA) to join our team. You will assist with periodontal and endodontic cases, prepare rooms, and support patients through procedures in a collaborative, growth‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Surgical RDA experience in periodontal procedures.
• Experience with implants, grafting, and sedation preferred.
• Excellent patient communication and attention to detail.
• State-required certifications and licensure must be current.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during periodontal and endodontic procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care.
• Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on post-op care and oral health maintenance.
• Help keep the day flowing with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Perform blood draws as needed.
