Job summary

Northwest Specialty Hospital in Post Falls, ID is seeking a Surgical Radiology Technologist to join the Axis Spine Center team. This full-time, on-site role supports physicians by providing clinically relevant imaging to aid diagnosis and treatment.

The position requires extensive Radiologic Technology experience, ARRT certification, and the ability to mentor staff. BLS certification must be achieved within 60 days of employment, reflecting our commitment to patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Extensive Radiologic Technology education, training, and experience in the specialty area(s) to be performed.
• Extensive clinical experience in providing Radiologic Technology services and demonstrated ability to mentor and support staff technologists.
• Demonstrated competence in the specialty area(s) to be performed, including X-ray certification by the ARRT.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning (e.g., continuing medical education in the specialty area(s) performed, higher education, research, staff training, etc.).
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills and software programs for documentation activities and report generation.
• Must be able to achieve Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of employment.
