Qualifications

• Graduated from a JCERT approved Radiologic Technology training program with at least one-year clinical experience.
• Current ARRT registry card on file or registry eligible.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Radiologic Technologists operate radiographic equipment to produce high quality diagnostic images.
• Review and evaluate orders, images, video and/or computer-generated information to determine if images are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes.
• Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during exam.
• Position and immobilize patient on exam table.
• Prepare and administer contrast media within the accepted scope of practice.
• Record, process and maintain patient data into appropriate EMR/PACs system.
• Team approach, performing general, Fluoroscopy, surgical and pain management procedures.
• Able to take and respond to call within 30mins.
