Responsibilities

• Examine patients to determine illness and prescribe treatments in collaboration with the care team.
• Develop care plans with multidisciplinary team and document reports for physicians and family.
• Provide inpatient care, including surgery rounding and peri/post-operative services as needed.
• Order and review laboratory and diagnostic procedures and document findings.
• Maintain confidential medical records and ensure regulatory compliance; participate in quality improvement.
