Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.
• Current New York State Physician Assistant licensure.
• Certification from NCCPA.
• Surgical experience or a strong interest in surgery preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required - from AHA.

Responsibilities

• First assist in the operating room.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Conduct outpatient visits and surgical follow-ups.
• Perform minor procedures and wound care as delegated.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to support patient flow.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
