Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience: 3–5 years in operating/procedure room; 1 year leading teams preferred.
• Licenses: BLS required; CST/NBSTSA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in time out procedures.
• Sets up equipment independently.
• Prepare patients for surgery, including positioning on the operating table and covering with sterile drapes.
• Monitor and continually assess operating room conditions, including patient and surgical team needs.
• Participates as an active member of the Patient Care Team.
