Community Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a part-time Surgery/Operating Room RN in Missoula, MT. The role involves day shifts (2x12) with call rotations per union contract, supporting OR teams across multiple surgical specialties. RN license in MT or Compact MT endorsement is required, with ADN as minimum education and BSN preferred.

BCLS, ACLS, and PALS are required on hire. Weekend and holiday rotations apply per contract.

Qualifications

• Montana RN license or Compact MT license endorsement required.
• BSN preferred.
• Certification requirements: BCLS, ACLS, and PALS upon hire.
• Minimum 1 year bedside nursing experience; surgical nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare surgical suites with solutions, scopes, equipment, and supplies.
• Assess and care for patients during perioperative process (pre-, intra-, and post-procedure).
• Operate specialized OR equipment and maintain a safe environment.
• Account for use of supplies during procedures.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Formation

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
