Job summary

Lutheran Health Network is seeking an RN to provide patient-centered care across the care continuum, following the nursing process, physician orders, and established protocols. The Nurse will coordinate with physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver high-quality care and educate patients and families.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessment, documentation, infection control, and participation in performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure and BLS required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and the nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Scrubs in for surgeries and assists the surgical team to ensure sterile environment.
