Job summary

You will help turnover OR rooms, assist in the preparation of surgical cases under the direction of a Registered Nurse, and contribute to a safe, efficient environment for patients and staff. Prior hospital OR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or currently enrolled in a GED program.
• One year of related experience in a hospital or outpatient operating room.

Responsibilities

• The operating room aide is responsible for the turnover of rooms in the surgical suite and assists in the preparation of surgical cases under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
