Job summary

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nurse I - RN for Surgical Oncology on a per diem basis in the 7HS unit, days shift. You will join a high-performing team delivering chemotherapy, symptom management, and family education in a multidisciplinary setting, with emphasis on exceptional patient outcomes and compassionate care.

The role requires a NYS RN license, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and BCLS certification; Oncology Nursing Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current New York State RN license (or willingness to obtain).
• BCLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage symptoms.
• Provide patient and family education and support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Deliver compassionate nursing care focused on excellent patient outcomes.
• Ensure on-site presence for all roles as required.
