Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for the Surgical Oncology ICU in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time, night-shift role involves leading care for critically ill patients in a 16-bed ICU, coordinating nursing activities with a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires an accredited nursing program completion, active RN license in the state, and BLS; ACLS within 6 months is expected, with ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where practicing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using nursing process to ensure safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create a safe environment and high-quality patient experience using evidence-based practice.
