Job summary

Carle Health in Urbana, Illinois seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Surgical Oncology team in a full-time employed position. Overview

The Carle Cancer Center is seeking a highly motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join the Surgical Oncology team in Urbana, Illinois.

Practice opportunity details include:

  • Join a growing Surgical Oncology practice and work alongside 2 Oncology surgeons and a team of dynamic care providers.
  • Full-Time employed position.
  • Opportunity to work across disciplines to enhance overall patient care.
  • Comprehensive practice that includes surgery, clinic, and hospital rounding, allowing candidate to practice full scope.
Education Requirements

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant

Experienced APP is preferable - including surgical first-assisting and perioperative patient care - but will consider other surgically-trained APPs who want to experience the professional satisfaction of surgical oncology.

Licensure/Certification Requirements

Current Illinois Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $60.72 - $78.94/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
