Job summary

Cancer Care Northwest in Spokane is seeking a fellowship-trained breast surgeon or a qualified general surgeon with an interest in building a breast surgery practice within a premier multi-disciplinary oncology center.

Surgeons typically practice in clinic two days a week and in surgery two days a week, with a fifth day for variety. Base salary is guaranteed with production incentives, plus sign-on and relocation options.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained breast surgeon or general surgeon with interest in breast practice.
• Washington medical license and board eligibility as applicable.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary oncology setting.

Responsibilities

• Clinic responsibilities two days per week with breast surgery focus.
• Surgical responsibilities two days per week in the operating room.
• No visa sponsorship; participation in tumor boards and clinical trials.

A premiere multi-disciplinary cancer center in the beautiful mountainous Pacific Northwest is ideally seeking a fellowship trained breast surgeon or a qualified general surgeon with an interest in building a breast surgery practice.

Join a team of over 30 providers, a mix of medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists along with specialized advanced practice providers. This position is located in Spokane, Washington, known for its affordability, great schools, light traffic and abundance of activities for all stages of life.

The Opportunity

Surgeons typically practice in clinic 2 days a week and in surgery 2 days a week. The 5th day is used variably as either surgical, catch up clinical or administration day.
