Job summary

SpecialtyCare, a leader in intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) services in the US, is seeking an experienced neurophysiologist to join our team in Tallahassee. The successful candidate will monitor cases, ensure high clinical quality, and collaborate with surgeons and OR staff to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• CNIM and/or D.ABNM certification required.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a science related field preferred.
• Two years minimum of experience; Five plus years of experience preferred.
• Ability to work on Call.

• Deliver high quality clinical results with focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Communicate clearly with surgical teams and colleagues.
• Adapt to high-stress OR environments and maintain composure.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of the OR team.
