Job description

Join a Team Where Supporting Clinicians Leads to Better Patient Care

At IntraNerve Neuroscience, we believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional people. As a clinician-founded, privately held company, we’ve built a culture where neurophysiologists are supported by leaders who understand the work because they’ve done it themselves.

Every day, our team partners with surgeons and healthcare systems across the country to deliver high-quality IntraOperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM), helping protect patients during routine and complex surgical procedures. Since 2010, we’ve maintained Joint Commission accreditation and now monitor more than 40,000 patients each year without losing sight of what matters most: our people, our clinical standards, and the relationships that drive exceptional care.

If you’re looking for a new opportunity with a team that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and your long‑term growth we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform preoperative patient assessments including medical history review, informed consent, and monitoring plan coordination with the surgical team and interpreting physician.
  • Measure and apply recording electrodes; set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment for each procedure.
  • Provide continuous real‑time intraoperative monitoring using SSEPs, MEPs, EMG, EEG, BAEPs, and other modalities as indicated.
  • Analyze and interpret electrophysiological waveforms, recognizing normal patterns, variants, and abnormalities while accounting for anesthetic and pharmacological influences.
  • Communicate monitoring findings in real‑time to the interpreting physician and surgical team throughout each procedure.
  • Complete post‑operative technical reports, IONM logs, and billing documentation following case completion.
  • Maintain equipment in proper working order, following cleaning, storage, and transportation protocols.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation including nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with surgeons and OR staff at assigned facilities.
  • Participate in quality assurance projects, quarterly case audits, grand rounds, and continuing education activities.
