META Dynamic, Inc. is hiring an Associate Clinical Specialist to deliver intraoperative navigation support across neurosurgery, spine, and ENT procedures. You will work closely with surgeons, nurses, and technicians, ensuring case readiness and precise imaging guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical/operating room experience.
• Experience in surgical environments, medical devices, or clinical support preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with medical imaging and navigation systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with surgical teams.
• High attention to detail and strong decision-making capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative navigation support during complex surgical procedures.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency of image-guided systems.
• Perform preoperative case preparation, including loading/validating MRI and CT imaging.
• Serve as a clinical and technical expert to surgeons and OR staff with real-time guidance.
• Coordinate with Radiology to ensure accurate imaging protocols and scan quality.
• Train physicians and hospital personnel on navigation system utilization and best practices.
• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts, building relationships and driving utilization.
• Communicate case outcomes and system performance to leadership.
• Ensure equipment is maintained, calibrated, and compliant with standards.
• Maintain high responsiveness for case coverage and schedule variability.
• Support coverage across multiple facilities as needed.
