Job summary

Agiliti, serving hospitals and healthcare facilities, seeks a Laser Technician I in the Eagan, MN area to support surgical teams. You will test, clean, and sterilize equipment prior to procedures and assist in the OR as needed to ensure equipment readiness.

Responsibilities include sterilizing instruments after use, transporting gear, and communicating maintenance needs to ensure patient care continuity. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, with prior medical or EMT

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to lift up to eighty pounds.
Prior medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Tests, cleans, and sterilizes equipment in operating room prior to procedures.
Present in operating room during procedures; involvement level varies by physician request.
Removes, cleans, disinfects, and sterilizes all surgical equipment after procedures.
Ensures operational excellence of all vehicles and equipment by communicating defects or maintenance needs to stakeholders.
Transports equipment to ensure it is in the right place at the right time for procedures.
