Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking a registered nurse to assess patient needs, plan and delegate care, and evaluate responses during the assigned shift. The RN is accountable for outcomes of patient care and must meet Alabama licensure requirements.

Preferred candidates may have experience; new graduates are also accepted. BLS is required before orientation, and ACLS should be completed within one year of hire.

Qualificações

• Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
• Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• BLS required before the orientation period; ACLS within one year of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Identify patient needs and priorities for care through assessment.
• Plan and delegate care based on patient needs.
• Evaluate the patient's response to care and attainment of expected outcomes.
• Be accountable for outcomes of patient care delivered during the assigned shift.
