Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Perform responsibilities in five areas of nursing practice with emphasis on clinical excellence, teaching, leadership and professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective and efficient patient care and desired outcomes.
• Direct and coordinate nursing care based on ANA standards and Florida Nurse Practice Act.
• Support the organization’s vision and mission with culturally competent care.
