Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under the direction of a physician.
• Develops and revises the plan of care based on assessment data.
• Initiates teaching or information sharing for patient needs.
• Uses internal and external resources to resolve customer problems.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
