Job summary

Market Street Staffing seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) for inpatient and OR coverage at facilities in Atlantic City, NJ and Pomona, NJ. The role is a long‑term, independent contractor position with a Monday–Friday schedule and 60–90 day credentialing.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey APRN license with NP board certification.
• NJ PA license with NCCPA certification.
• RNFA certification for NP role (for locum surgical specialties).
• AHA BLS, ACLS and ATLS certifications are required.
• Minimum 1 year surgical gynecology experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and manage chronic conditions.
• Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices.
• Perform procedures as permitted by state regulations and APP specialty.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
