Animal Medical & Surgical Center in Canton, GA is seeking a Veterinarian with a passion for surgery to join our growing four-doctor practice. Surgical opportunities include orthopedic and soft tissue procedures; experience preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will work with a collaborative, supportive team dedicated to gold-standard care. Our practice uses Avimark, with digital radiography, in-house labs, ultrasound, a dedicated surgical suite, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Surgical role focusing on canine and feline patients with emphasis on orthopedic and soft tissue procedures.
• Team-oriented environment with collaborative support for surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgeries and contribute to surgical planning and patient care.
• Maintain client/patient medical records and logs.
• Read digital x-rays, perform dental care and extractions, and assist in in-house lab work.
