Qualifications

• HS diploma required and graduate of approved surgical tech school unless LPN with at least 2 years surgical experience.
• Prefer 2 years experience in OR as Surgical Tech.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary surgical assistance to the primary surgeon during procedures.
• Assists with surgical instruments and maintains cleanliness in the OR.
• Functions under the supervision of a registered nurse at all times.
