Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Surgical Evaluation Technician I to perform incoming and outgoing evaluation of surgical instruments within a designated Modality. This daytime role runs Monday through Friday and is based in Roanoke, TX.

Responsibilities include basic quality control testing, inspection, documentation, and preparation for shipping, with a focus on maintaining standards and efficient workflow. Family-friendly benefits and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of repair experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend and stoop often.
• Lift up to 20 lbs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Flexibility in work schedule to meet department needs.

• Receive, inspect, evaluate and test incoming equipment.
• Identify defective, worn parts and/or equipment craftsmanship that does not meet standards.
• Ensure proper operation and standards of outgoing equipment.
• Document all services & testing performed, including all parts needed.
• Maintain work area to meet Visual Work Place (VWP) Standards.
• Prepare instruments and equipment for shipping.
• Handle timecard & time off entry, review and submission.
• Other tasks as assigned or needed.

The Surgical Evaluation Technician I

Monday - Friday, daytime hours

$18/hr

What You Will Do in This Role
