Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative to lead growth in Georgia and Alabama from a home-based, field-sales position. You will interface with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital leadership to introduce capital equipment and disposable surgical technologies with autonomy and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The role offers a base salary of $100,000–$105,000 with on-target earnings up to $225,000, plus monthly commissions, a vehicle stipend, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of medical device sales experience in surgical/OR settings.
• Proven success selling to hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers.
• Experience calling directly on surgeons and selling capital equipment.
• Strong business development and prospecting skills.
• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas.
• Travel about 50% in GA and AL.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business throughout Georgia and Alabama.
• Build relationships with surgeons and OR staff.
• Sell capital equipment and disposable products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and evaluations.
• Support trials and in-service education.
• Maintain active pipeline and CRM documentation.
• Represent the company at conferences and events.
