Job summary

Fallstaff Search is seeking a motivated candidate to break into Surgical Sales with a top surgical device company. In this training role you will sell surgical implants in the OR and support surgeries while working alongside the Territory Manager to grow the business across Central/Northern New Jersey.

Salary is a competitive package with full benefits and travel expenses; Year 1 comp is around $95K. This role is designed for career growth in medical device sales, with strong internal promotion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• COVID-vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated for credentials to work in the OR.
• 1–2+ years of outside B2B sales experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Sell surgical implants in the OR.
• Support surgeries and assist the Territory Manager with growing the business.
