The role includes preparing rooms, taking X-rays and field photos, maintaining sterilization, and ensuring smooth patient flow. CPR and X-ray certifications are required, with bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RDA or DA — both accepted.
• X-ray certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Perio/implant or surgical assisting experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong knowledge of sterilization protocols and clinical setup.

• Reliable, organized, and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during periodontal and implant procedures (surgical and non-surgical)
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures
• Take and process digital X-rays and clinical photos (as applicable)
• Maintain sterilization, infection control, and operatory readiness to a high standard
• Support patient experience: welcoming, reassuring, and attentive care
• Chart accurately and support clinical documentation as needed
• Stock and maintain supplies; support back-office systems and efficiency
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth handoffs and on-time patient flow

We are seeking a Dental Assistant (RDA or DA) who is dependable, professional, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience in a specialty setting.
