Job summary

ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers is seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant in Milwaukee to support oral surgeons and prosthodontists during implant procedures. You will help maintain patient comfort, prep and sterilize instruments, and assist with anesthesia administration under supervision.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. Experience and state certifications are required to ensure high standards of patient care.

• Surgical assistant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures.
• Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area.
• Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures
• Ensure patient comfort and educate on pre- and post-operative care.
• Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays following infection control protocols.
• Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions as directed.
• Assist with medical clearances and patient record management.
• Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care.
