Shared Practices Group is seeking a Surgical Dental Assistant in Oshkosh, WI with 1–2 years of experience and a team‑oriented mindset to support the doctor, organize the back office, and maintain sterile rooms for optimal patient care.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Surgical Dental Assistant with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience and a genuine enthusiasm for surgical procedures. The ideal candidate brings a positive, team‑oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and a dedication to helping the practice achieve its goals. This role requires someone ready to contribute from day one—playing a key role in establishing and organizing the back office, developing efficient workflows, and ensuring the sterile room is set up to support optimal patient care. Collaboration with both clinical and administrative team members will be essential to delivering exceptional service. Additionally, this position will provide direct support to the doctor and dental lab operations.
