Christiana Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Surgical Critical Care Complex team in Delaware. This role involves caring for complex post-surgical and trauma patients, and leading multidisciplinary rounds while designing individualized management plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree, an Acute Care NP license, and at least 3 years of critical care experience. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from $122,903 to $154,147 annually, along with substantial benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an adult critical care setting preferred.
• Experience in managing surgical and trauma critical care scenarios preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds.
• Medically manage and care for patients utilizing approved protocols.
• Design individualized management plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
